  Not happy - ordered through Uber Eats, estimated delivery time was 10-20 minutes.. I got it almost an hour after my order was placed. I ordered the "Beef and cheese burger" with a hash brown and chips. Chips were luke-warm at best, soggy, and with inconsistent seasoning - burger was greasy to no end. Asked for no pickles and I still got pickles. Would be happy to wait an hour if the food was good, but what I received today was not. Overall very bad experience.
  
  **As seen below is response from the company, which i personally have found very efficient of them. Having first given a one star rating, the attentiveness to customer satisfaction, accompanied with how their food is typically prepared based on other replies, I have raised my given rating to four stars - as customer satisfaction is very important and I can appreciate it is not the fault of Chow Bella cafe. While I would not directly recommend it to a friend (yet,) I would try it again to get the proper experience.
